Our special compensation package, only available to first year advisors, includes:

1) A Special Training Allowance You will receive a weekly training allowance during your initial training period while you are learning the sales process, products and administrative procedures. It is paid in addition to any sales made.

2) Exclusive Monthly Bonuses You will have the opportunity to earn exclusive monthly bonuses only available to first year Penncorp advisors. This monthly bonus is available to you during your first 12 months with Penncorp. It provides additional rewards, at lower production levels than our regular bonus plan, in recognition of the fact that you are establishing your business. This monthly bonus is payable in addition to any other compensation, including the regular quarterly bonuses.

As you build your business, your compensation will be comprised of commissions, bonuses, renewal income (once your renewal income becomes vested, this income belongs to you as long as your clients continue to renew their coverage), incentive programs and travel incentives.
