Claims & Operations Support
Our Claims & Operations Support teams are here to help clients in their time of need. Our highly trained Claims staff provides expert customer service while managing claims to its completion

Underwriting & Policy Services
The Underwriting & Policy Services Department consists of 4 different teams:
  1. The Agency Services & Compensation team is accountable for depositing and balancing policy premium payments, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our agents and managers and coordinating and tracking of licensing/contracting requirements.
  2. The New Business team handles all front-end processing and keying of commissionable payments, issuance of accurate products to our customer and issuing refunds of initial premiums.
  3. The Policy Owner Services team performs all customer service, conservation and administrative functions for all lines of business.
  4. The Underwriting team ensures that underwriting decisions are consistent with company guidelines, underwriting philosophy, policies and procedures.
Marketing Services
Our Marketing Services Team contributes to the creation and development of Penncorp’s Marketing strategies that will increase our agent’s knowledge of our products, increase client awareness of our company, support the company’s agent and management recruiting initiatives and enhance our national image.
